Please complete the following steps to take advantage of the Tax Organizer:

Print or Save the organizer to your computer for later access.
Fill out the organizer as best you can. Or, use it to prompt you to gather the required documents and information. We want you to use it in the way that helps you most.
Call us to schedule a meeting.
Bring the completed Tax Organizer and all supporting documents to the meeting.
